      In the era of Big Data, the healthcare industry is expected to benefit from information sharing in medical cases and research progress, decision-making based on previous cases from all over the world, and research support in medication innovation and side-effect study. It means there are opportunities waiting to be explored. After graduation, it is my goal to become a consultant or analyst at a world-famous consulting firm, such as McKinsey, specializing in the healthcare industry. With further professional experience and network established, I hope to become a partner at a consulting firm or to start my own company. I earned my undergraduate degree in material science at ShanghaiTech University, a university famous for its innovative spirit and academic research in science. Aside from my major requirements where I took courses in material science and biomedicine, I also learned Game Theory and Python Data Structures to improve my programming skills. At present, I am self-studying Machine Learning and Neural Network. Since 2017, I have been the research assistant for Professor Hao Wang and the paper about the improvements on successive linear programming (SLP), which will be published later this year and the preprint is available on arXiv[1]. I learned a lot about methods of optimization and determinants of coefficients, improved my reasoning and writing skills, and won the chance to present on the China Operations Research meeting in October. In addition, I took innovation and entrepreneurship as my second major and took business-related courses such as Designing and leading an Entrepreneurial Organization, New Technology Ventures, Science of Human Behaviors and Design Thinking. Through those courses, I learned how to lead a start-up, win external financial support, and potential decisions to make in facing new technologies. In one class project, our team designed logos for each of our schools and prepared sol
